Zanderjaz welcomes resource submissions from musicians, producers, sound designers, plugin developers, and other creators who would like to share useful music production tools with the community.
You may submit original drum kits, SoundFonts, VST plugins, sample packs, presets, tutorials, software tools, and other music production resources for consideration.
All submissions are reviewed manually. Submitting a resource does not guarantee that it will be published on Zanderjaz.com.
Our Approach to Free Resources
Zanderjaz is built around reducing the friction between discovering a useful sound or tool and getting back to being creative and making music.
When possible, Zanderjaz favors resources that are easy to understand, easy to access, and ready to use without unnecessary barriers. Visitors should not have to navigate a marketing funnel, complete an unrelated survey, create an account, or provide personal information simply to discover whether a free resource is actually useful.
Some resources may reasonably require additional steps, and those submissions can still be considered. The important thing is that the experience is transparent and that the value provided justifies the friction involved.
Zanderjaz treats recommendations as a matter of trust. Resources are considered based on whether they genuinely benefit musicians and creators using the site, not simply because they are free or because someone has requested a link.
What You Can Submit
Zanderjaz may consider submissions including:
- Original drum kits and percussion libraries
- SoundFonts and instrument libraries
- Free VST instruments and audio effects
- Sample packs, loops, and one-shot collections
- Presets, MIDI files, and music production templates
- Music production software and creative tools
- Tutorials, guides, and educational resources
- Other original resources for musicians and producers
Submission Requirements
You must own the submitted resource or have clear permission from the creator or rights holder to share it.
Do not submit:
- Pirated, cracked, stolen, or illegally redistributed software
- Commercial products that are being shared without permission
- Resources containing malware, suspicious installers, or misleading files
- Content copied from another website without authorization
- Files with unclear ownership or licensing
- Spam, unrelated promotions, deceptive download links, or submissions that misrepresent what visitors receive
Submissions should include clear credit and licensing information so visitors understand how the resource may be used.
How to Submit a Resource
Resource submissions are accepted by email. Zanderjaz does not currently accept direct file uploads through the website.

Information to Include
Please include as much of the following information as possible:
- Your name, artist name, company, or developer name
- The name of the resource
- The type of resource being submitted
- A clear description of what it contains or does
- The intended audience or music production use
- Supported file formats, operating systems, or software
- An official website, creator profile, or social link
- A safe download page or direct download URL
- Any access requirements, including account creation, email signup, surveys, or other steps required before download
- Whether the free resource leads into or promotes a paid product, bundle, subscription, or other commercial offer
- Licensing and permitted usage information
- Any credit requirements
- A screenshot, cover image, demo, or preview link when available
For larger downloads, please provide a trusted external download link rather than attaching the files directly to the email.
Ownership and Permission
By submitting a resource, you confirm that you created it, own the necessary rights, or have permission from the rights holder to submit it for possible publication on Zanderjaz.com.
You also confirm that the resource does not knowingly infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, license, privacy, or other rights.
Zanderjaz may request additional ownership, licensing, or creator information before publishing a submission.
Review and Publication
Submissions are reviewed manually for quality, usefulness, safety, ownership, licensing clarity, relevance, and the overall experience they provide to Zanderjaz visitors.
Zanderjaz favors resources that provide meaningful value with as little unnecessary friction as possible. Direct downloads and straightforward access are preferred when practical. Resources that require accounts, surveys, email signups, excessive redirects, or other steps may still be considered, but the value of the resource should justify those requirements and they should be disclosed clearly.
Free resources that primarily function as lead-generation offers, sales funnels, or promotions for paid products may be declined. A resource being free does not guarantee publication.
Whenever practical, submitted resources may be downloaded, installed, opened, or otherwise tested before publication. Zanderjaz may decline a resource if the actual download or user experience does not match the submission description or does not provide enough value to recommend to visitors.
Zanderjaz may:
- Accept or decline a submission
- Request additional information
- Edit titles or descriptions for clarity and consistency
- Place the resource in the most appropriate category
- Remove or update a published resource later
- Decline resources that are unsafe, incomplete, misleading, or unsuitable for the site
Publication timing may vary, and not every submission will receive an individual response.
Credit and Creator Links
When a resource is accepted, Zanderjaz will make a reasonable effort to credit the original creator using the information provided with the submission.
Creator websites, profiles, documentation, or official download pages may be linked when appropriate.
